scraplift baby shower card

oh oh...I scraplifted!

I was invited to a baby shower and to save money, I made a card and matching gift tag. here is the baby girl shower greeting card

Some of the flowers were handmade with some pixie pink fun flock. I made my own pink buttons by using old ones and added pink embossing powder on top (what a big mess). Then I cut out the birds and heart, machine stitched and inked the paper. It was quite a messy production! I won't even show you my desk....its scary.

here it is with the pull out tag and open door

I made a matching tag

Here is the original card, which is a million times better than mine, but hey, I tried!

I think your card is beautiful! And I'm sure the recipients will agree. I love all the little pink flowers, and the pink buttons even if they were messy to do!

Hi,
I think you did a GREAT job! Especially considering the original blog is not in English ,LOL! Scraplifting with a language barrier is impressive!

I think your card is fabulous. Being inspired by others is my favorite thing - it gets you to try new projects with a bit of a boost.

This will be the card cherished above all. And excuse me very much, but NO! The original is NOT at all better than your 'lift' of it, you did a brilliant job!
