mexican sunflower

My Mexican sunflower is finally blooming!
A recently purchased book titled , "Scraptastic!" is on its way to my house. The author is Ashley Calder, and she has a lovely web log: http://ashleycalder.blogspot.com/ which displays beautiful photos of her garden flowers. The most stunning flowers are the iris'. Resembling arms, the standard petals are expressive, curving, lifting, dancing and shifting.
